How is this possible? Where are you? I’m in the NOVEC service area and

some 500K customers lost power (not me), but only for hours, not days. Another property I own is in the Fredericksburg area (14+ inches) and power finally came back around noon today.

I don’t ever recall losing power for a snow/ice storm before.
